Emmison Property LLP was established in 2014 to provide best in class property advice in the South East UK. We work with commercial occupiers, developers and property owners across a wide range of sectors and use types. As a niche privately owned practice we are highly responsive to our clients requirements and take pride in our personal approach.

Edwin Emmison BA MSc is an RICS qualified surveyor and has spent his professional life working within the Commercial Sector.
Prior to establishing Emmison Property LLP, Edwin spent 10 years working within the Logistics and Industrial team at Knight Frank LLP, specialising in commercial acquisitions and disposals predominantly within the Thames Gateway. In his career to date, Edwin has advised on transactions exceeding over 1.5 million sq ft.
