  • Status: Project Ongoing.

St James' Retail Park, Knaresborough

  • Address: St James’ Retail Park, Knaresborough, Harrogate
  • Client: Private Investors
  • Nature of Instruction: Emmison Property LLP are retained to promote the 8.3 Acre site for redevelopment.
  • Status: Significant pre-let in place on 2.9 acres, and a full planning application is currently being prepared. Ongoing.

  • Client: Gill Aggregates (Holdings) Ltd
  • Nature of Instruction: Emmison Property LLP introduced and acquired the vacant 0.43 Acre Commercial site for the client on a Freehold basis.
  • Status: Purchase Completed. Currently under offer to a commercial tenant via Emmison Property LLP

  • Nature of Instruction: Emmison Property LLP are retained to provide consultancy advice relating to development of the 8.5 acre site for B1/B8 use.
  • Status: Project Ongoing. Currently in discussions with an occupier for a 50,000 sq ft turnkey Design & Build.

Chequers Lane, Dagenham

  • Address: Former Ford Land, Chequers Lane, Dagenham, RM9
  • Client: Gill Aggregates Ltd
  • Nature of Instruction: Emmison Property LLP introduced and acquired the vacant 3.5 Acre Commercial site for clients on a Freehold basis.
  • Status: Acquisition Completed, and subsequently let by Emmison Property LLP on commercial terms.

Bidder Street, Canning Town

  • Address: Crown Wharf (Site A), Bidder Street, Canning Town
  • Client: Baxle Ltd
  • Nature of Instruction: Emmison Property LLP were retained as acquiring agent and secured the letting of a 1.74 Acre transport yard on a flexible Leasehold basis
  • Status: Acquisition Completed. Emmison Property LLP have been re-retained by the same client for a second depot search in the East Midlands.

Freshwater Road, Chadwell Heath

  • Client: Woolbro Homes Ltd
  • Nature of Instruction: Emmison Property LLP acquired the vacant 0.6 Acre Commercial site for the client on a Freehold basis.
  • Status: Acquired, and subsequently re-sold by Emmison Property LLP

  • Nature of Instruction: Emmison Property LLP introduced and acquired the vacant 1.2 Acre development site for clients on a Freehold basis.
  • Status: Acquisition Completed. Site currently being prepared for a residential planning application.

Woolwich Road, Woolwich

  • Nature of Instruction: Emmison Property LLP retained to undertake a Freehold disposal of a 1.1 Acre site with redevelopment potential (STP).
  • Status: Sale Completed. Redevelopment plans are being drawn up. Emmison Property LLP have been re-retained to find new premises for the existing tenant.

  • Nature of Instruction: Emmison Property LLP were retained as acquiring agent and secured the letting of a 1.00 Acre site on a flexible basis
  • Status: Completed. Emmison Property LLP have been re-retained to undertake a rolling acquisition program to secure additional sites.

  • Nature of Instruction: Emmison Property LLP introduced this Vacant 8,437 sq ft former office building, with redevelopment potential, and provided full consultancy advice.
  • Status: Under Offer STP. Detailed planning consent being worked up.
