- Status: Significant pre-let in place on 2.9 acres, and a full planning application is currently being prepared. Ongoing.

- Nature of Instruction: Emmison Property LLP introduced and acquired the vacant 0.43 Acre Commercial site for the client on a Freehold basis.

- Nature of Instruction: Emmison Property LLP introduced and acquired the vacant 3.5 Acre Commercial site for clients on a Freehold basis.
- Status: Acquisition Completed, and subsequently let by Emmison Property LLP on commercial terms.
Bidder Street, Canning Town
- Address: Crown Wharf (Site A), Bidder Street, Canning Town
- Client: Baxle Ltd
- Nature of Instruction: Emmison Property LLP were retained as acquiring agent and secured the letting of a 1.74 Acre transport yard on a flexible Leasehold basis
- Status: Acquisition Completed. Emmison Property LLP have been re-retained by the same client for a second depot search in the East Midlands.
